Summary
Essentially monochromatic argon molecular beams of energy ranging from .064 ev to 4.11 ev have been directed onto targets held at varying angles of incidence to the impinging beam; the forces developed have been measured up to 81 degree angle of incidence from normal. Momentum accommodation coefficients are deduced and the results discussed. (Author).
